The Temple College Leopards let a seven point halftime lead slip away in the final minutes in their 99-96 loss to nationally ranked San Jacinto College-Central at TC Gym. TC was outrebounded 52-32 and failed to connect from behind the three-point line going 11-36 compared to San Jac going 7-14. Sophomore point guard J.R. Adams was the leading scorer on the game with 29 points and was one steal shy of a double-double with nine steals. Four other Leopards had double digit figures, Kaelin Jackson with 18 points, John Mouton with 13 points, Jibrael Washington with 12 points, and Curry Flowers with 10 points. The Leopards are now 3-1 and will be back in action Saturday November 11 at 4:00 p.m. when they host Dallas Diesel.
