The Leopards stand out sophomore guard Kaelin Jackson signed a National Letter of Intent today to continue his career at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Jackson started all 31 games for the Leopards as a freshman and led the team with an average of 19.5 points per game. Jackson scored a total of 669 points last season and is on pace to become the Temple College all-time leading scorer according to head coach Kirby Johnson. At Fort Bend Hightower High School Jackson was a three year letter winner and as a senior he was named district 20-6A MVP, received All-Region honors, and received All-State honors in football. Jackson will be joining former Temple College teammate Max Portmann at UMBC.
