Sophomore guard Kaelin Jackson had a season high 39 points to lead the Leopards in their 88-81 comeback win against Western Texas College at TC Gym. TC only shot 54.9% from the free throw line and faced a four point halftime deficit to the team that ended their season early last year at the Region V Tournament but found a way to battle back and shut down the Western Texas offense for the big win at home. Sophomore point guard J.R. Adams chipped in 16 points and freshman Jibrael Washington grabbed 10 rebounds. The Leopards are now 6-1 and will be back in action Tuesday November 21 at 5:30 p.m. when they host Trinity Valley Community College.
