The Temple College men's basketball team outlasted Weatherford College to open conference play with a 99-96 victory at home. Kaelin Jackson led the Leopards with a 28 point performance against the Coyotes. Temple's John Mouton and Terreon Randolph each had double-doubles, Mouton with 22 points and 17 rebounds and Randolph with 12 points and 10 rebounds. J.R. Adams also scored in the double digits with 14 points. The Leopards are now 15-2 overall and 1-0 in conference and will be back in action on the road at Southwestern Christian College at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
