The Temple College Leopards men's basketball team has won seven of their last eight games as they host Collin Community College in North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference play at Kirby Johnson Court Saturday afternoon at 4 pm.
TC, 7-1 on KJC this season, started conference play with an 89-83 victory at Ranger College on Wednesday. Storm Gilchrist led the effort with 21 points off the bench, Logan Myers and Josh Telfort added 14 points, and Jason Ward contributed 13 points.
CCCC began conference play with an 80-77 overtime loss at Weatherford College. Vinny Segona led the Cougars with 29 points, hitting 10-of-19 from the field, which included 4-of-10 from behind the three-point arc.
