The Temple College men's basketball team will continue its North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference season on Saturday, as the Leopards host Ranger College at Kirby Johnson Court.
Tip-off is slated for 4pm.
The Leopards sit at 15-8 on the season, and 4-3 in NTJCAC play, having lost three straight contests.
Temple averages 79.8 points per game, with a 39.3% field goal mark, 27.2% three-point percentage, and averages 62.6% from the free-throw line.
Josh Telfort averages 15 points per game to lead the Leopards. Storm Gilchrist (11.6 ppg), Rasuan Collier (9.2 ppg), Jaymes Brown-Peterson (8.5 ppg), and Camren Roper (7.6 ppg) have also been instrumental in Temple's success thus far.
Ranger is 13-10 overall and 3-4 in conference play.
The Rangers average 80.3 points per game, 47.5% from the field, 34.7% from beyond the arc, and 69% from the free-throw line.
C.J. Evans averages 15.9 points per game, and averages 19.6 points per conference contest. Kaylon Mason (14.1 ppg), Chase Collins (10.1 ppg), and Angelo Kambala (9.7 ppg) are also mainstays for Ranger.
When the two teams met in Ranger on Jan. 8, it was a wide-open affair with the Leopards withstanding a late charge to secure an 89-83 win over the Rangers. Gilchrist had 21 points off the bench for the Leopards, with Telfort and Logan Myers each netting 14 points, and Jason Ward added 13 points.
Evans scored 25 points for Ranger, with Collins pitching in 17 points, and Addison Archer having added 13 points.
