The Temple College Lady Leopard basketball team started their season in dominating fashion with a 91-32 win over Houston Community College in Waco at McLennan Community College. The Lady Leopards were dominating from tip off outscoring HCC 32-7 in the first quarter. Three Lady Leopard reserves scored in double digits, sophomore Chandre Nunez with 15 points, and freshmen Makayla Gatewood and Doriana Brown each with 12 points while Brown also added 12 rebounds. The Lady Leopards will be back in action tomorrow at MCC in Waco again at 2:00 p.m. versus Coastal Bend Community College. TC will have their home opener on Tuesday November 7 at 5:30 p.m. when they host Blinn College.
