The Temple College Lady Leopard basketball team was cold from the field Tuesday night as they fell to nonconference foe Blinn College 61-69 at TC Gym. Blinn held Temple to just nine points in the first and third quarters. TC outscored Blinn in the second and fourth quarters but it wasn't enough to overcome the low scoring first and third quarter deficit. Freshman Alena Johnston was the Lady Leopards leading scorer with 17 points. Sophomore point guard Kristen Nelson chipped in 11 points. The Lady Leopards are now 2-1 and will be back in action Friday November 10 at 5:00 p.m. against San Antonio College and Saturday November 11 at 2:00 p.m. against Trinity Valley at TC Gym.
