The Temple College Lady Leopard basketball team was just a couple points shy of doubling their opponents point total in the 110-56 stomping of San Antonio College at TC Gym to close out the Temple Classic. The Lady Leopards had an explosive first half, scoring 77 points and holding SA College to 32 points with just nine in the first quarter. Doriana Brown and Treazure Mouton each had double-doubles with nearly identical stats, Brown with 17 points and 11 rebounds and Mouton with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Temple's leading scorer was Makayla Gatewood with 21 points. Other Lady Leopards in the double digits were Alena Johnston with 16 points, Erin Brumley with 14 points, and Tia Tolbert with 11 points. The Lady Leopards are a perfect 5-0 and will be back in action Wednesday November 14 at 7:00 p.m. when they host Our Lady of the Lake JV.
