Makayla Gatewood's 24 points helped propel the Lady Leopards for an 87-40 victory over Victoria College today at TC Gym. The Lady Leopards scored 49 points in the first half alone and finished the game strong with 25 points in the fourth while holding Victoria to just six points in the final frame. Other Lady Leopards in the double digits were Brooke Lopez with 17 points and Alena Johnston and Tia Tolbert each with 13 points.

The Lady Leopards are now 7-2 overall and will be back in action at Blinn College on Monday December 3 at 5:30 p.m. in Brenham.
