The third-quarter struggle showed back up tonight in the Lady Leopards 58-55 loss to Hill College in Hillsboro. Temple jumped out to a 22-15 lead in the first quarter and carried a 39-33 lead into the half, but then the Lady Leopards were held to just six points in the third quarter. Makayla Gatewood scored 17 and Doriana Brown added 10 points.

The Leopards are now 13-9 overall and ended round one of conference with a 2-6 record. The Lady Leopards will begin round two on the road at Grayson College Wednesday February 6 at 5:30 p.m.
