The Temple College Lady Leopards surged late in the game to try to force a comeback on McLennan but couldn't seal the deal and dropped a close 76-74 match up in Waco. Alena Johnston led the Lady Leopards with 22 points, 21 of which came from behind the three-point line. Mikayla Green added 20 points for the Lady Leopards and Makayla Gatewood also added 16 points.
