Region V has announced the Women's Basketball Players of the Week for the week of Feb. 13-19.

The Players of the Week are Jordyn Carter of Temple College and Emily Vidal of Ranger College.

A 5-8 sophomore guard from Austin, Texas, Carter shot 46 percent from the field against McLennan Community College and was the team's leading scorer. In a road win over Cisco, she posted a double-double with 12 points and 11 assists. In the Lady Leopards' win over Collin, she had a triple double with 11 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
