The Temple College Leopards women's basketball team looks to continue its six-game winning streak as they host Collin Community College in North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference play at Kirby Johnson Court Saturday afternoon at 2 pm.

The Leopards started conference play with an 80-65 victory at Ranger College on Wednesday. Reigning NTJCAC Women's Player of the Week Jaylice Rosario racked up 34 points for the Leopards.

CCCC began conference play with a 64-54 win Wednesday at Weatherford College. Olivia Grgicevich Lassey led the Cougars with 19 points, and Alisha Nunley added 17.

Temple College: Mychie White 14.6 ppg, Jaylice Rosario 13.2 ppg, Imani McCray 11.9 ppg, Biva Byrd 9.4 ppg, Aniya Lewis 6.9 ppg.

Collin County: Alisha Nunley 17.3 ppg, Olivia Grgicevich Lassey 10 ppg, Kenzie Willis-Gusters 8.7 ppg, Taliah Martin 7.8 ppg, Jayden Smallwood 7.5 ppg.

Collin County swept the 2023-2024 series over Temple. In Temple, CC won 103-92 on Feb. 3, 2024. On March 6, 2024, CC won 96-80 in Plano.

Collin won in 2022-2023, with victories in Plano on Feb. 6, 2023 (88-66) and in Temple on March 1, 2023 (79-51).

Temple's last win in the series was on Feb. 19, 2022, at home, 66-57.
