The Leopards went 0-2 again today to finish play in the Blinn College tournament dropping matches to Tyler Junior College and Illinois Central. In game one Temple was swept by Tyler in three sets 22-25, 19-25, 21-25. Alysia Espada had 15 kills in the match and Mikayla Blount had 17 assists and nine digs. In game two the Leopards came from an 0-2 deficit to force a fifth set but eventually lost the battle 22-25, 20-25, 25-18, 28-26, 11-15. The Leopards had three players in double digits in kills, Espada with 12 and Blount and Hannah Smyers each with 11.

The Leopards are now 12-15 on the season and will go to Hillsboro on Monday to start round two of conference at Hill College at 6:00 p.m.
