The Temple College Leopards volleyball team will play the final game of its three-game North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference homestand on Wednesday evening, as they host the Cisco College Wranglers at Kirby Johnson Court.
First serve of the match is slated for 6 pm. Coverage will begin on Temple College's PlaySight network page at 5:50 pm CT.
The Leopards and Wranglers faced off in Cisco on Sept. 6. Cisco swept the match, with the match scores of 25-15, 25-20, and 25-23.
Cale Brown had nine kills and four digs to lead Cisco. Helena Pommeret had seven kills, Makaelah Anesi had 15 assists, and Ta'Mya Hicks added 12 assists and nine blocks.
Yasmine Traore had seven assists, Abbie Soileau had 14 blocks, and Hanna Ward added 16 digs for the Leopards.
Temple (7-16 overall, 1-9 NTJCAC) is five games out a playoff spot with eight games to play, and will face must-win scenarios from Wednesday forward.
The Leopards are coming off a 3-1 loss to Vernon, with the scores of the match being 21-25, 25-22, 25-16, and 25-22.
Kharma Brown and Kenedee Pennington each had six kills, Ward and Karlee Williamson each had 11 assists, and Ward added 21 digs.
Cisco College (9-8 overall, 5-5 NTJCAC) is tied for fifth place with North Central Texas College, and is one game behind fourth place Vernon College.
