Temple College men's basketball went on a 17-0 run in the second half to defeat Fort Sam Houston 114-96 today at TC Gym. The Leopards were up 49-48 at the half and in the second half the Leopards were losing 65-67 before sparking a 17-0 run off several Fort Sam Houston turnovers. Temple's Malik Malone had a double-double with 26 points and 11 rebounds. Other Leopards in double digits were Jon-Reese Woodson and Max Portmann each with 15 points and J.R. Adams was one steal shy of a triple-double with 11 points, 10 assists, and nine steals. The Leopards are now 11-1 on the season and will be back in action after Christmas break on Thursday January 5 at 6:00 p.m. when they host New Mexico Junior College.
