Despite developing a 12 point lead at halftime, the Temple College Leopards lost a 105-106 heartbreaker to Ranger College tonight at TC Gym. Temple was paced by five players in double digits, led by Kaelin Jackson with 28 points, Max Portmann with 14, J.R. Adams and Malik Malone each with 12, and Jon-Reese Woodson with 11 points. Temple shot 59% from the free throw line, only making 32 of 54 shots. The Leopards are now 2-1 in conference and 17-3 overall. The Leopards will be back in action this Saturday at home at 4:00 p.m. when they host Southwestern Christian College.
