The Temple College men's basketball team defeated Southwestern Christian College 109-94 on the road tonight. Freshman guard Kaelin Jackson led the Leopards with 31 points. Two other Leopards scored in the double digits, freshman point guard J.R. Adams scored 23 and sophomore forward Max Portmann scored 22. The Leopards are now 8-2 in conference and 24-4 overall. The Leopards will be back in action Saturday at 4:00 p.m. when they host #7 McLennan Community College for their final home game of the 2017 season. The Leopards have clinched second place in conference, but with a win on Saturday they will claim the conference championship.
